Course Description
In this course we will talk a little about the history of journalism, and a lot about what’s happening now. We’ll examine the news media’s role in our society, in theory and in practice, and in all its forms – print, radio, television, and online. From “fake news” to journalism ethics, and from the business of journalism to the future of journalism, this course will present a wide-ranging look at one of the pillars of democracy.
